The OC is bursting with vegetables that the students planted in the spring. We went out to the OC earlier in the week and picked two different types of cucumbers. On Friday afternoon we broke out the ranch dressing and sliced up the cucumbers for a healthy snack! The students really enjoyed both types of cucumbers!

Daija worked so hard on this video. She wanted it just right and she was not going to stop until she got it the way she wanted it! She even wanted just the right music so she went home, got her flash drive and loaded the exact song she wanted. She did a great job!

I realize this glogster poster has nothing to do with the unbearable heat we are all dealing with right now, but maybe this will take you back to a colder time this year!! I wanted to practice making a glogster poster and stick with a theme. I was able to import a bunch of snow day pictures and make this in less than 30 minutes, and I’ve never done one before! I had fun adding some sound (you will see the play buttons on the snow flake and by the eyes where Stephen is practicing his writing in Japanese) even though I hate the sound of my voice! How do my students listen to me? Anyway…
